        I purchased a total of eight of these lamps last year. One has stopped working to date. It was used approximately 4 hours per night since installed in September. Given the long life of LEDs relative to halogen, I am quite disappointed with this failure. Hence the three stars.

        I used this product to successfully replace my 50 Watt halogen bulbs which are on a low voltage track light with a dimmer. They are not quite as bright as the 50 Watt halogen bulbs but I had those dimmed 30% so for my application it is perfect. As for dimming, the LED is dimmable but isn\'t capable of dimming to extremely low light levels like a halogen bulb. The only negative with the new bulbs is that with their riveted exterior makes it somewhat difficult to squeeze them in between the brackets on my track light fixtures.

        I used these to replace a lot of my landscape lights. No problem- fit fine and plenty bright. As LED, they are a whiter light, but I was expecting this. This doesn\'t bother me and I appreciate the longer life- especially on landscape lights & savings on the electricity bills.

        Only bought 1 just to make sure it was worthy of my money. Will certainly buy more now that I know that they are capable of lasting well over a year. So far 1600 hours and still casting a nice white light.

        I placed it inside a nice heatsink style fixture which should help keep it cool. Will probably buy a second to increase the landscaping light coming down from a tree.

        I purchased these for my landscaping fixtures. The light is the right color, and plenty bright. They have not been installed long, so can\'t speak to longevity. At this price point the bulbs are on par (ha!) with the halogen bulbs\'. I say good deal, I\'m happy with them. hope they work as the AD says too.
