        I was very disappointed to find that this is not made with 10 cyan chips which emit light 490 - 500 nm, it is made with 5 blue and 5 green chips instead. I have asked, but I have not yet been told what wavelengths of light the blue and green chips emit. Human brains interpret the mixed blue and green light as cyan, so if you are just interested in the color you see and not in the specific effects of 490 - 500 nm light, this is a good light. If you want light between 490 - 500 nm, this light will not provide it - when you mix colors of light like this, the individual light waves don\'t change, they are still either blue or green. The description is seriously wrong and misleading.
